- Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. If you do not accept and agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Our Site immediately.
- Manufacturer’s Warranty
2.1. Manufacturer’s warranties can vary depending on different products.
2.2. Manufacturer information can change at any point without notice.
2.3. If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
3.1. When completing payments by credit/debit card, we will only accept recognized credit/debit cards.
4.1. Items sold by CS Security Solutions may require installation according to the manufacturer’s instructions in order to meet the manufacturer’s specifications or recommended cash rating. That are quoted to you exclude installation process unless this is otherwise mentioned. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is installed appropriately.
4.2. In any case it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that floor loading restrictions are adhered to. CS Security Solutions will not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to floor loading limits being surmounted as a result of the installation of any of its products.
4.3. CS Security Solutions offers an installation service, which will be carried out by an appropriately qualified installer. CS Security Solutions will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or expenses incurred during, or as a result of, the product installation.
4.4. Delivery routes and installation locations must be free of obstructions if you choose to use our installation service, allowing easy access for our engineer. If a wall installation is required you must remove skirting boards and any other obstructions prior to installation. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in an installation not taking place.
4.5. In the event of an installation not taking place the installation charge will NOT be refunded.
- Returns Policy
5.1. Purchases may be returned to the company for a refund in the following manner:
5.2. Before returning any item, the buyer must contact CS Security Solutions and obtain a Customer Return Authorization (CRA) number within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
5.3. Returns cannot be accepted without a CRA number.
5.4. Goods shall be returned to CS Security Solutions or their named agent. ANY POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS INCURRED ON RETURNED ITEMS ARE FOR THE BUYERS ACCOUNT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
5.5. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in “as-new” condition, with original packaging and with all manuals and accessories.
5.6. The refund will then be paid excluding the original delivery charge.
5.7. Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
5.8. Exclusions to the Returns Policy: If an item has been installed we may offer a return based on the “diminished value” of the item, however this will be at the discretion of the company.
5.9. Cancelled orders can only be accepted after prior negotiation. A cancellation fee may be charged by CS Security Solutions.
- Service, Support and Complaints
6.1. CS Security Solutions provides a customer support email address, which deal with any enquiries. This information can be found on the contact us page of our website.
6.2. We aim to reply to all complaints within 48 hours. During this time we will offer you a timescale of when we will look for the complaint to be resolved.
- Jurisdictions and Venue
8.1. You agree that, any dispute between our parties will be, governed by the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of CS Security Solutions website shall be an appropriate court located in England.
- Force Majeure
9.1. Any failure by CS Security Solutions to fulfil any of its obligations under the terms of this contract due to reasons beyond its control shall not be considered a breach of this contract.
