Where your system is connected to an alarm receiving centre, the centre can notify your nominated contacts and, where appropriate under its procedures, request a fire brigade response. We’ll help you establish the contact and escalation arrangements so everyone knows what happens when an alarm is raised.
Addressable systems
Every detector is named at the panel, identifying the individual detector or call point that has activated, giving your team a more precise location than a zone-level alert. This can be particularly useful across larger or more complex premises, where quickly locating an alarm or fault matters
