For monitored systems, CSL DualCom can transmit alarm signals to EMCS, our alarm receiving centre. When an alarm activates, EMCS follows your agreed instructions to contact keyholders and, where arranged, coordinate a response with your designated keyholders.

Keyholding and Police Response
You can nominate your own keyholders to respond when your intruder alarm activates, or we can arrange a keyholding response through our partner, UKSS.
If police response is required, we can help you apply for a police Unique Reference Number (URN), subject to your system and monitoring arrangements meeting the relevant requirements.
We’ll agree the contact and escalation plan with you in advance, so everyone knows what to do when an alarm is raised.
Takeover of existing systems
We can take over the maintenance of an existing intruder alarm system, starting with an inspection of its equipment, service history and monitoring arrangements.
If your system needs updating, we’ll recommend practical upgrades and agree the work with you before making changes.
Where your system already has a police Unique Reference Number (URN), we can help manage its transfer as part of the takeover, subject to the relevant police requirements, so your monitoring and response arrangements are properly recorded.
