Hillview Children’s Home, Leicester

We are proud to have been involved in the delivery of Hillview Children’s Home in Leicester, working with ME Projects on this important new-build development for Leicester City Council.

Hillview is a purpose-built, two-storey children’s home incorporating five en-suite bedrooms, two self-contained flats, staff accommodation and a range of communal facilities. The development has been designed to provide a modern and supportive environment while achieving an EPC A rating through a range of energy-efficient measures.

CS Security Solutions was responsible for the supply, installation and commissioning of a comprehensive security, fire and technology package throughout the development. This included a Hikvision IP CCTV system, Paxton access control, an addressable fire alarm system, accessible WC alarms, a Door Guard alarm system, CAT6 network infrastructure and a TV system.

As part of the works, additional requirements included an external CCTV camera and monitor, three fire alarm remote display panels, and the specification of multi-sensors within the bedrooms.

The project was successfully delivered by our team in coordination with ME Projects and the wider project team. We are proud to have contributed to this significant development and to have provided the security, fire and technology systems required for a modern, purpose-built children’s home.
