Fire & Security Installation at Woburn Close, Alfreton

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive fire, security, and life safety installation at the Woburn Close, delivered in collaboration with our valued client ME Projects.

Our scope of works included the supply, installation, and commissioning of an addressable fire alarm system designed to provide reliable early warning and protection throughout the building. In addition, we installed apartment fire detection systems to ensure enhanced safety for residents within individual living spaces.

To support the safety and accessibility needs of the development, we also provided a disabled refuge system, enabling effective communication and assistance in the event of an emergency.

For site-wide security and access management, we installed a KMS access control system to provide secure and efficient entry across designated areas, alongside a Hikvision IP Video Surveillance System delivering high-definition monitoring and peace of mind for residents and staff alike.

The project was delivered to a high standard by our experienced engineering team, with all systems installed and commissioned in full compliance with current regulations and industry best practices. Working closely with ME Projects, we ensured a smooth programme of works and a quality finish throughout.
