Fire, Security and Data Infrastructure at the Stay Company, Nottingham

We are delighted to have successfully completed a comprehensive fire, security and data installation project at The Stay Company’s new development on Kelham Way in Nottingham, working in collaboration with ME Projects.

Our scope of works included the full installation of a fire alarm system designed to provide reliable early detection and protection throughout the building. In addition, we installed an advanced access control system to manage secure entry across designated areas, helping to ensure the safety of staff, residents and visitors.

To further enhance site security and monitoring, we provided a complete CCTV system, delivering high-definition coverage tailored to the layout and operational needs of the development. As part of the project, we also installed a modern TV distribution system along with structured data infrastructure to support seamless connectivity across the building.

The project was delivered to a high standard by our experienced engineers, with all systems installed in line with current regulations and industry best practices. Working closely with ME Projects, we ensured a smooth delivery programme and a quality finish throughout.
